I'm in HK having the best time of my life. I'm wondering about all the things i can buy: accessories, electronics, clothes.

Also my cousins are a bit... wild. they are actually pretty good when they are by their families, but when they're together, then we're probably the loudest family in the world. But they are all pretty cool. Maybe i will have pics of them

One last thing. Did you know that there was a Noah Ark in HK? I was so amazed how they could proclaim God's message through an amusement park/museum. I was even more surprised since HK has more buddhists than christians.

Precious Lord, Precious Savior

So the musical's happening in a few days. Im pretty excited and nervous at the same time. But it's all good. Hopefully we can reach out to other peeps.

During Rehearsal..... people commented that i sweat a lot on stage. and i admit that it is true. here's the reason why. Any time i mess up, my heart beats faster, and my body heat explodes, therefore it makes me sweat, so the best way to counter this is it i'm calm all the time, not happening. So if you see me sweat on stage... don't judge.

Someone also said i should open my eyes more on stage, cuz it looks like im closing my eyes when singing. I am trying to fix that, it just naturally closes if you ask me.

One last thing, Finals still going on, I'm getting pretty tired of that. Hoping it would end so that i can finish the year with a trip to HK!!! im excited for that

3 Month Hiatus

So after not going on Blogger for about 3 months, I finally decided to blog.

Lets see what's happening to my life these past 3 months.

1) Reachout. I've been accepted, training has started, the end. I can't disclose any more info.

2) I've been rapidly downloading a lotta songs. lots of christian and secular albums. Might need a new comp (and an mp3 player too) which is why im looking forward to black friday

3) Christmas Musical. Nov 19, and 20th. Don't miss it, please advertise.

4) I've been reading Crazy Love. It's absolutely amazing. It's about the kind of love we should have for God. And how lukewarm Christianity is almost everywhere.

5) Songwriting is a no go, but i do have some thoughts. Maybe ill post something about it.

Long time since i blogged.

KCDC started. 3 weeks ago. im at the halfway point and already im tired after everyday. especially on those field trips.

I think the most intersting thing is that all of the J6 kids have memorized the song I'll make a man out of you.

Also this is my first year going on the Dunk-o... great.

Aside from KCDC. i think ive been doing some stuff at church. College adult musical is coming up... im in it.

I've also worked on my first song (i think its done. might make more lyrics). I have another song coming in mind. Spirit Train is my intended title. It's gonna be an upbeat song... thats all i can give you for now.

Up and a family emrgency

This past week i got the chance to see Pixar's Up. The movie was A+ material. its a movie with a mix of so many elements. very very innovative. I approve of it by 100%

This sunday i learned that my cousin in HK tryied to commit suicide by overdosing. My mom broke down when she heard about it.

pray for my cousin who is in intensive care right now and pray for a speedy recovery and let him find that God can relieve his burdens and pains.

Pray for comfort for my parents and their safety as they are in HK right now visiting my cousin.

and pray for me because my parents left me with a great responsibility of taking care of the house.

That stood for Night of the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.

A quick review: IMO i personally thought that this movie was very interesting, and hilarious. Much more hilarious than the last. Although there are some strong language in there (It's rated PG???)

I felt that the storyline wasn't as good as the first movie. But all in all it was funny and pretty good. I'd rate it a... B+? whatever i'm not a critic.

speaking of nights. I spent a night of fellowship at the Tseng's residence. Very good bonding time with my fellowship members. One of them even came back from USC. great time making sushi and talking, etc...

Signed up for classes. I'm set to go. Summer's coming up. so that means FINALS.

should i study? yes. Will i study? no.

Summer: trip to Cancun in which i am deathly afraid. I think i'm paranoid about the swine flu. but it doesnt hurt to be extra careful. gotta quadriple my OCD ability

KCDC: Yeah. summer teaching children. New location, new leaders, same partner. but thats alright. Good luck the frist week

I got some John Legend music, sounds good. His piano skills are awesome.

I Am Fireproof!

No classes today, due to some teacher thing. Not like it matters to me. Anyways, i think i'll spend the rest of the day doing something productive (like sleeping early, and folding the clothes?).

However there were interesting things that happened over the past few days. On sunday, I had a fun time acting like a kid, then had a pretty hard time acting like a leader. but in the end i got some good info.

Monday. I do believe that i had a very memorable moment that day. I watched Fireproof. You know the one with Kirk Cameron?. I must admit, it was very good. So good that i shed tears. I think it would be a great movie for anyone to watch, especially couples. Also watched the an episode of Heroes... YAWN (Nathan, good guy now?). I do believe the next episode will be pretty interesting. I knew i should statyed with 24. Battle at the white house was pretty cool.

Tuesday... was boring, all i did was sleep early.

The BASS Convention

So today was the 46th Annual BASS convention. IF you don't what it is... then google it. Just kidding, i'll tell you. It's basically a convention. thats it. Blog's done, turn off your comp and go to sleep.

But in all seriousness, its a place where people can just meet up and learn many different things that they have in store there. For instance, I went to a workshop called "Object Lessions - 2009". Was it helpful? you bet. I learned so much new and pretty creative object lesson (as well as a few sharing christ lessons). In the end, i won a raffle prize. pretty happy about that.

Worship was led by some dude named travis cottrell. Very good voice IMO, but the songs were really old school. I didn't know a single one, except for "You are God Alone".

After the BASS, i went for a good 1-2hour sleep. Good day, good day

To end, creative lesson from a workshop. Get helium balloons, write your problems and tie it to the balloon, then let it go. Meaning: God will lift up your burden. etc. Just like Jesus did when he died on the Cross.

Speaking of dangerous, I myself felt that all my driving lessons were for nothing, as i was driving back from fellowship and i almost hit 2 cars on the freeway. Talk about close. Not good, need to practice more.

One more thing happened today. I got into my newest CK. CK 2! (or 2/3 if you wanna call it that). Awesome time. played some true colors and learned about 1 Corinthians 10:1-13. don't be tempted.

Testing the want of concerts

So I had a Chem exam today... was it hard??? no. I remember everything I learned from high school. Surprising thing was... I was late to class, but i was the first to finish. When i looked at my friends in the class (yes i have friends), i couldn't tell if they were amazed, surprised, or jealous. Anyways that made the majority of my day.

Today was one of those days where i just didn't want to be home. Why? Because Chris Tomlin had a concert in San Jose and i realllllllllly wanted to go. Oh well, maybe next time (when i actually get a job).

As for my day, boring. Got to school, then came back. Nothing special again. I need more excitement in my life besides the weekends. Gotta chem exam tomorrow. should i study? nah. I'll just use memory from high school (Mr. Paul, you and your mnemonic devices. How could i possibly forget (corny but helpful.)

Aside from that i have to ready about families and the rate of divorce. Made me think about how a christian marriage differs from a normal marriage. One word: Devotion. Devotion to each other and also to God. In a christian marriage, it is 1+1=3. don't forget that.

nothing special happened today... might as well talk about something about me. So i chose the name Livin' with the freedom givin'. I have no idea why.. i just wanted something that rhymes and can reflect to my life.
